§ Mr. Frank Fieldasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he intends publishing the report of the hospital inquiry which took place between 16 and 18 April into the death of Janice McKinley in the grounds of Scott clinic, Rainhill hospital, Merseyside.
§ Mr. Douglas HoggThe inquiry was established by the Mersey regional health authority. The question of publication of the inquiry team's report is a matter for that authority.
