§ Mr. MooreI have received a letter from the chairman to which I have replied. I have made it clear that I consider the provisions of the Airports Act 1986 fully adequate to ensure the prevention of unfair cross-subsidy leading to pricing policies which harm, or are intended to harm, another airport's business.
