§ Mr. Pawseyasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department how observations from interested persons or organisations should be submitted for Lord Colville's report on the operation during 1986 of the Prevention of Terrorism (Temporary Provisions) Act 1984.
§ Mr. HurdObservations, at this stage in writing, should be sent to Lord Colville direct or received on his behalf by the Home Office, F4 division, not later than 28 November 1986.
