§ Mr. AncramI assume the hon. Member is referring to the M90, and not the M9. Four sections of the M90 totalling 10.6 km, about 34 per cent. of the length between Glenfarg and the Forth Road bridge, have had such restrictions this month to enable structural repairs to be carried out. The number of traffic cones is governed by safety requirements, which have recently been strengthened.
