§ Mr. RifkindI had a most useful meeting with Convenor McAllion during my visit to Tayside regional council on 17 October. Our discussion ranged over a number of items of local and national interest including textile imports, North sea oil, the region's capital expenditure plans and the Dundee waterfront project.
