Friend today published an illustrated booklet entitled "Quality Counts" setting out the Government's role since 1982 in encouraging the adoption of modern quality techniques and improvements in the creation, and use, of standards relevant to the needs of British industry. A copy of the booklet has been sent to all hon. Members today.
