§ Mr. Douglas HoggThis was first considered at the meeting of the Police Advisory Board's standing committee on conditions of service on 25 January 1985 and it has been on the agenda for the five subsequent meetings of that committee. There has been some difficulty in establishing the extent to which it presents a national problem but I expect the committee to reach a conclusion at its next meeting in January 1987.
