Mr. John David Taylorasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what response he made to the Foreign Minister of the Republic of Ireland to his comments about Royal Ulster Constabulary decisions in respect of the July Orange processions when they met in Brussels during the recent meeting of the EEC Council of Ministers.
