§ Mr. EggarMr. Abra's lawyer has lodged an appeal for a review of his trial and sentence. We are concerned about the prison sentence passed on Mr. Abra but we cannot intervene while the appeal remains pending. In spite of almost daily requests, both orally and in writing, no consular visit to Mr. Abra has yet been authorised.
