§ Mr. ChopeDraft guidance to all residuary bodies on property and financial rights and liabilities was revised in the light of my Departments' consultations with residuary bodies, successors, and other interested parties, and was issued on 7 August. There is no question of any consultative document having been withdrawn by my Department.
