When Junction 8 (Hemel Hempstead) of the M.1 going north, will be in operation.
§ The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department of Transport (Lord Brabazon of Tara)The northbound entry and southbound exit slip roads at Junction 8 have been closed to allow motorway traffic to travel in safety on the hard shoulders while renovation work is in progress. The contract is on target for completion by the end of October, when the two slip roads will be reopened.
