§ Mr. Michael Brownasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will ask the Director of the Health Education Council to submit proposals for the privatisation of activities currently under his control.
§ Mr. CurrieAs my right hon. Friend announced to the House on 21 November, the Health Education Council is being reconstituted with effect from 1 April 1987 as a special health authority. There are therefore no plans for privatisation.
