§ Mr. DunnThe report was received on 31 October. Its findings were presented at a national seminar held at the University of London Institute of Education on 10 November. My right hon. Friend now intends to study these, along with the findings from two complementary projects, with a view to considering whether amendments are needed, either to the legislation or to the current guidance issued to authorities.
