§ Mr. Foulkesasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether at any time following the Chernobyl accident on 26 April 1986, any form of advice was given by any Government office or agency in Scotland to the Milk Marketing Board or to any other body involved in milk distribution, that any non-routine arrangements should be adopted for the pooling of milk supplies from different areas.
