§ Mr. LyellWe regularly receive correspondence and representations from individuals, organisations and right hon. and hon. Members, covering all aspects of social security benefits, including supplementary benefit single payments. On 23 October 1986 the hon. Member wrote to my right hon. Friend about a particular case involving a single payment for repairs to property; and I replied on 17 November 1986.
