§ Mr. Wyn RobertsThe statutory auditor has recently re-reported on some of the control weaknesses identified in the 1984 audit review of the management of private practice in respect of the following authorities: Clwyd, East Dyfed, Gwent, Gwynedd, Mid Glamorgan and Pembrokeshire.
21WThe Department is continuing its follow-up action on the original reports but clearance will not be considered until all outstanding points have been resolved. In re-reporting on these outstanding matters, the statutory auditor has acknowledged the progress made in remedying many of the points made in his original reports.
