§ Mr. Dobsonasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will give, for each year since 1978, the total social security payments supporting residents of private and voluntary nursing and residential homes, breaking the figures down into the categories (a) elderly, (b) mentally ill, (c) mentally handicapped, (d) physically handicapped and (e) others.
