§ Mr. GoodladMy right hon. Friend has decided to introduce competition into the appointment of auditors to the Electricity Supply Industry (England and Wales). The process will start with the appointment of auditors to the Electricity Council and the South Western Electricity Board for the financial year 1987–88.
