§ Mr. Cartwrightasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what steps he proposes to take to implement the recommendation of the working party on the control of advertisements' regulations that house colours and colour schemes on the exterior of premises should be covered by provisions in the regulations.
§ Mr. TraceyThe working party recommended that we should consider the merits of bringing house colours and colour schemes within the scope of advertisement control. We published the working party's report on 30 July 1986 with a consultation paper setting out proposals for the revision of the Control of Advertisements Regulations. We are considering the responses.
