§ Mr. Buchanan-SmithI have today arranged for copies of a paper prepared by my Department for the fisheries and offshore oil consultative group (FOOCG) in June 1985 and a paper given by a senior official of my Department to a public conference on planning for abandonment in July 1985 to be placed in the Libraries of both Houses.
