§ Mr. LangThe estimated number of persons employed in Scotland in the food, drink and tobacco industries—classes 41 and 42 of the 1980 standard industrial classification—for 1984, the latest at present available, are set out below. Figures for some industries have been aggregated in order to prevent disclosure of information to individual businesses.
