§ Mr. John MackayHighland regional council's provisional capital allocations for 1987–88 and future years, along with those of the other regional and islands councils in Scotland, will be reviewed early in the new year in the light of the resources available for social work building programmes. It would be inappropriate to speculate on the outcome.
