§ Mr. Mark RobinsonPart III of the Housing and Planning Act 1986 which will be the authority for the payment of urban regneration grant is not expected to be in operation until the new year. In these circumstances, we do not aniticipate approving any urban regeneration grant projects in the current financial year.
