Gorbachev; both she and my right hon. and learned Friend the Foreign Secretary have accepted invitations to visit Moscow next year. At the Vienna follow-up meeting of the Conference on Security and Co-operation in Europe we are pressing, with other Western countries, for real improvements in Eastern performance on human rights and other issues.
