§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsI have now received the results of further studies into the feasibility of building a barrage across the Cardiff harbour mouth and of the investment potential in the south Cardiff area, along with a study into conservation issues. These are being considered very carefully and I shall make known my decision very soon.
