§ Mr. Mark RobinsonI welcome the scheme recently announced for St. Mellons, Cardiff which was devised jointly by the Welsh Office, Cardiff city council and the housing associations involved. It is the first project of its kind which has involved provision of land by the City Council and the use of a limited cash grant from the Housing Corporation to trigger private sector finance from the building societies.
