§ Mr. HurdSeven officials work on these duties full time, but the police department is organised on a functional basis, and all its officials are available to advise me depending on the matter under consideration. The coordination of this advice is under the direction of the head of the police department (grade 2), supported by a grade 3 official for a major part of his time.
