§ Mr. Peter BottomleyWe invited a number of private organisations to submit proposals for the formation, long-term organisation, financing and promotion of a national traffic club. We are considering the outcome of discussions on the latest proposals with a view to deciding whether any of them provides a sound basis for the establishment of a traffic club on a national scale.
