§ Mr. John PattenMy Department received two letters from owners, both endorsing the Government's earlier decision not to designate Duo Slab houses nationally under the housing defects legislation. Having considered the matter carefully, we are now able to agree Leeds city council's request for sanction for repurchase at all four Duo Slab estates. My officers will be writing to the council shortly, to confirm the details.
