§ Mr. Dewarasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) if he will publish a table showing in terms of pounds per week the average gross local tax bill under (a) rates and (b) the proposed community charge for households in Great Britain classified by ranges of household net income per adult household member;
(2) if he will publish a table showing the average net local tax bill after rebates as a percentage of net income under (a) rates and (b) the proposed community charge for households in Great Britain classified by ranges of household net income per adult household member;
(3) if he will publish a table showing in terms of pounds per week the average net local tax bill after rebate under 47W (a) rates and (b) the proposed community charge for households in Great Britain classified by ranges of household net income per adult household member;
(4) if he will publish a table showing the average gross local tax bill as a percentage of net income under (a) rates and (b) the proposed community charge for households in Great Britain classified by ranges of household net income per adult household member.
