asked the Lord Privy Seal if he will ensure that car parking spaces marked for hon. Members only are so reserved.

The Services Committee has long recognised the convenience to hon. Members of being able to transfer their car parking permit to any Palace of Westminster pass holder acting on their behalf, but I will certainly ask the Accommodation and Administration Sub-Committee to look into these arrangements once more.
