§ Mr. Winnickasked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) what is the estimated number of non-pensioners in the United Kingdom whose income is based on supplementary benefit and other forms of benefit received from his Department; what was the number in May 1979; and what was the percentage change;
(2) if he will list the total number of those in the west midlands region of working age who are in receipt of supplementary benefit or other forms of benefit from his Department, the number in May 1979 and the percentage change.
