§ Mr. D. E. Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Wales what byelaws are currently in force governing the use of Barmouth harbour; and whether he has any plans to bring any others into force.
§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsThere are no byelaws currently in force at Barmouth harbour. New byelaws were however confirmed on 14 November 1986 and are due to come into operation one month from that date.
