§ The Attorney-GeneralThe Lord Chancellor is considering the responses to his paper on the summary procedure for the possession of land and the Rule Committee will then decide what changes, if any, to make to the rules in the light of those responses. It is possible that such changes will be concluded in a statutory instrument in December.
