HC Deb 06 November 1986 vol 103 c536W
Mr. Dubs

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will investigate why letters addressed by a prisoner in Guernsey to the hon. Members for Battersea; for Carrick, Cumnock and Doon Valley (Mr. Foulkes); for Plymouth, Drake (Miss Fookes); and to Lord Elton at the time he was a Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State at the Home Office were withheld.

Mr. Douglas Hogg

If the hon. Member provides me with details, I will make inquiries and write to him.
