§ Mr. Deakinsasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what were the reservations expressed in the October 523W European Economic Community Finance Council by the German, Greek and Danish delegations on the matter of his Presidency conclusions at that meeting.
§ Mr. BrookeReservations were expressed that the solution to the problems of redirecting the common agricultural policy needed to take account, in addition, of political and social aspects. One delegation questioned whether it was right to approach these problems from a budgetary point of view and entered a general reserve on these grounds.
