§ Mr. Wilsonasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he will list in the Official Report the chemicals which are on the restricted list for export to Iraq.
§ Mr. Alan Clark[pursuant to his reply, 4 November 1986, c. 381]: Under the Export of Goods (Control) Order 1985, as amended, a number of chemicals are subject to export control to all destinations. Additionally, three chemicals, viz. chloroethanol, dimethylamine and potassium fluoride, are subject to export control specifically to Iraq and Iran. All controlled chemical products are listed in groups 1, 2A, 3I and 3J of the order, a copy of which is available in the Library.
