asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether it is still the case that the United States Administration, in their study on European Architecture for the US SDI Participation Office prevents Her Majesty's Government and their establishment from consulting our NATO allies; and whether they will provide further information about the relationships of these studies to NATO.
