§ Mr. Archie HamiltonThe timetable for the introduction of commercial management is being achieved. Six tenders have been submitted by companies bidding for the contract to manage the dockyards, and negotiations on the term 423W contract are now in progress. It is hoped to announce a successful contractor for each dockyard at the end of the year, and for that contractor to assume responsibility for the management of the dockyard on vesting day, 6 April 1987.
