Mr. Hardy

asked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what was the volume of cigarette sales in the United Kingdom in 1980–81, 1985–86 and in the first three months of the present financial year; and what proportion of the total volume of those sales was met by imported cigarettes in each of those periods.
