§ Mr. Douglas HoggThe enforcement of road traffic law, including the policy on the use of unmarked vehicles, is a matter for individual chief officers of police. I understand that in this case the officers made use of the police vehicle's blue flashing lights and two tone horn to stop a driver suspected of exceeding the speed limit, and that the officers were wearing uniform.
