§ Mr. RentonAs my right hon. and learned Friend said in the House on 29 October, the question of south Atlantic fisheries has been raised several times with the Soviet Union in the course of the last six months. He sent a message to the Soviet Foreign Minister explaining our decision to establish the Falkland Islands interim conservation and management zone. This was delivered in Moscow on 29 October.
