§ Mr. BiffenAll returned air is filtered before recycling. There is no reason on health grounds for changing the proportion of recycled air. One hundred per cent. fresh air is circulated once the heating is turned off and throughout the summer. I am advised that an estimated 20 per cent. energy saving is achieved in this area of the building during the winter months.
