§ Mr. EggarThe reasons for our decision have been fully explained on a number of occasions and I have nothing further to add. The measures taken by the Government since 1984 have greatly reduced Libya's ability to promote terrorist activity in this country and intending tourists have no reason to cancel their plans on that account.
