§ The Prime MinisterThe Falklands was one of several topics discussed. The Secretary General gave an account of his recent visit to Argentina. I noted that we had made all the running in the search for improved bilateral relations, and made clear that our position remained that sovereignty over the Falklands was not negotiable.
