§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsThe results of the preliminary studies into the feasibility of building a barrage across the Cardiff harbour mouth and of the investment potential in the south Cardiff area will be available shortly. I shall make known my initial reaction to those studies as soon as possible thereafter.
