§ Dr. Godmanasked the Paymaster General how much of the money announced on 14 May, Official Report, column 705, for the Manpower Services Commission following the recent redundancies in the shipbuilding industry will be allocated to each of the areas affected.
§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeThe Manpower Services Commission will provide a further £1 million for the retraining of those made redundant from British Shipbuilders. It will not be allocated on a geographical basis but according to where the need arises.
