§ Mr. RaisonAssistance from the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees's general programme, to which Britain is contributing £3.5 million from the aid programme, already includes projects in Algeria. At a cost of £2.4 million these projects are helping to meet the immediate needs of 2,000 Sahrawi refugees.
