§ Mrs. RumboldMacclesfield borough council's response to the proposals in the consultation paper on the review of the local authority capital expenditure control system, including the use of new and accumulated capital receipts, was sent to the Department on 10 April. My right hon. Friend is considering this, along with the other responses that have been sent to us, before deciding how best to proceed.
