§ Mr. StanleyMy Department was not involved in organising the ceremony. The identifiable extra costs incurred by the Ministry of Defence amounted to some £400 occasioned by representation at the ceremony and hospitality afforded on board HMS Naiad principally to United States navy officers and members of the local community.
